Been a customer here for over ten years until last Monday morning when I took my new car in for its first oil change... and was totally offended. Iwas approached by two men and one didnt seem to be able to speak or answer my question as to what type of oil should be needed and when I asked the second huge dude he replied that "if I was going to treat them this way then I could leave" They lost a customer and my entire family.read more

Had me drive in and get into the office before telling me the credit card machine didn't work so I'd need cash. Already... knowing I have a disability tag, my oil was already being drained. I had no choice but to hobble/ shuffle into Dillons for cash. About killed me to do so. I was so not thrilled with this.read more

Yesterday I walked into this shop and asked for help to change a flat tire. The staff here immediately came to my... rescue and totally saved the day for me! There is something to be said for any business that helps people even when it’s “off the clock”. Good people work here, I’d trust my vehicle with them for sure👍read more

Just a little pricey, but they are fast and have solid service. Remember Walmart gives sketchy service.

I have been to this establishment several times. The last two times I have come here, I have been visiting a tire shop... the next day! I took two cars in the previous visit, both required tire replacements the next day. I thought it was just a strange coincidence. I went again to them two days ago and low and behold I had a completely flat tire the next day! I rarely complain about things, but for a single mom this is debilitating. Be careful taking your car here for an oil change.read more

It was my frist time coming here to get my oil change an i gotta say I would give it 20 stars if I could!! They changed... my oil at a very good price were Extremely quick got me in an out in 20 minutes. They also went out of their way to actually vacuum out my car for free! I couldn't believe it i was so pleased. I'd definitely recommend going here for your oil change in newton. Ill be back!read more

They are work fast but do a great job. Yesterday a new employee broke the valve stem off of our tire while changing the... oil. The manager was very and told us to go get it fixed somewhere else ( they don't fix tires ) and they would pay for it. What wonderful people.read more

They were very fast, courteous and professional. I watched them check everything through the door (Fluids, wipers,... tires...) and they showed me the air filter which was quite dirty so I had them replace that as well. My car takes more than 5 quarts so it required additional cost which I was informed about before they started working. The total time was about 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience.read more

I went to get a basic an oil change around 4:15 today. Staff on chift did not ask me which type of oil change I was... wanting. When I asked him about the fuel filter services they were not very sure about what it comes in the package deal. Staff didn't ask me if I needed a replacement on my wipers or my air filter. When they finished changing my oil staff did not vacuumed the front of my car. All these things I mentioned are always done when I go there but today did not happen, I was very disappointed. Plus all the things they put on the service check list as completed were NOT completed. Makes me wonder what else they don't complete. it's a shame because I usually go there to get my oil change but I don't think I will after today.read more

My car always has problems, and I bring it here every time and they always take care of me. The employees are awesome,... and very courteous. They dont charge me an arm and a leg for little things, and are super knowledgeable. I will be bringing my car here for oil changes and other little issues every time.read more
